Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a hands-on team lead with strong mechanical aptitude to guide maintenance activities at our Indiana facility. You will train associates, perform machine setup, and ensure safe operation and disposal of scrap at day end.

You will lead the team, troubleshoot faults, restart machinery promptly, and maintain proficiency across various process stations and molding equipment. This role offers growth and a clear career path in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and assist associates in performing preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lead, motivate and cover for team members when needed.
• Understand and operate individual process stations on all equipment.

Responsabilités

• Train and assist associates in performing preventative maintenance assignments.
• Perform machine setup and operate machinery safely.
• Record and dispose of scrap daily; complete rework at end of day.
• Lead, motivate and fill in for associates when necessary.
• Clear faults and restart machines promptly.
• Understand and operate process stations on all equipment.
