Job summary

Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead a on-site team of technicians in Pleasant Grove, OH. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of maintenance methods, safety regulations, and CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a facility environment.
• Clear, confident leadership and communication skills for a diverse team.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance methods, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
• Expert troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Proficiency with CMMS and common maintenance tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians to deliver timely, high-quality repairs and upkeep.
• Build and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans and procedures to drive efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Conduct routine facility walk-throughs to spot maintenance needs and proactively address safety hazards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance using our CMMS.
• Partner with operations and other departments to support facility projects and daily production goals.
• Coach, train, and mentor maintenance staff to strengthen technical capability and elevate safety awareness.
• Lead rapid, effective responses to emergency maintenance requests as they arise.
