Qualifications

• 3 years of directly related experience working at NARA or similar environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of Team Lead responsibilities.
• Ability to motivate, guide and inspire others and foster collaboration.
• Comfort leading a team of 10-12 employees.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• This contract requires that all candidates are U.S. citizens.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the client or client point-of-contact to discuss logistics and tasks.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency; coordinate with Government personnel.
• Ensure personnel sign in/out daily and verify weekly totals.
• Remain on site during work performance with limited exceptions.
• Train personnel on processes and procedures as needed.
• Perform labor tasks for Material Handler personnel as assigned.
• Locate containers on shelving up to 15' high and retrieve as needed.
• Move records to designated disposal area and palletize containers for disposal.
• Confirm space requirements, transport records, and shelve non-disposable items.
• Retrieve batched requests, sign-out batches, and log times.
• Retrieve documents for scanning and prepare for image capture; verify image quality.
• Use handheld devices to enter data and assist with box list creation.
