Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Preferred skills in mechanical, welding or fabrication.
• Experience in assembly, fabrication or welding.
• Six months to one year of production experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, audit and improve standard work for your team.
• Develop metrics and communicate goals and progress daily.
• Train new employees and perform cross training using TWI methods.
• Monitor and report nonconformances and deviations.
• Assist with line-level communication to managers, supervisors, staff and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to quality specifications and implement corrective actions.
