Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience with reporting systems, workflow tools, and document management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of on-site staff (accountants, mortgage clerks, analysts).
• Develop, generate, and analyze ad hoc reports to support program decisions and performance metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in loan servicing and reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to contract requirements and quality standards.
