Job summary

Flatter, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Team Lead in St. Louis to provide functional leadership and on-site supervision for USDA RD program support operations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of accountants, mortgage clerks, and analysts, ensuring timely loan servicing, reporting, and data analysis. Responsibilities include developing reporting solutions, driving process improvements, and delivering high-quality performance aligned with program objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or loan servicing support.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems, preferably federal government programs.
• Proven data analysis, report development, and performance metrics tracking.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in an operational environment preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with document management and imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of on-site staff in St. Louis, MO.
• Supervise accountants, mortgage clerks, and business analysts to ensure workflow and tasks.
• Develop, generate, and run ad hoc reports to support program analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze program data in loan servicing systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Pull and distribute standard reports for lending partners, management, and Headquarters.
• Gather data for performance metrics related to SFH-GLP operations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Microsoft Office tools and reporting software.
