Flatter, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Team Lead to provide on-site leadership for USDA RD program support operations in St. Louis, MO. You will supervise accountants, mortgage clerks, and analysts, ensuring efficient loan servicing support, reporting, and data analysis.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting development, and process-improvement skills, with interaction across program leadership and clients. On-site schedule is standard business hours with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or loan servicing support.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems or government programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics tracking.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in an operational environment is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience with document management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for daily operations.
• Coordinate activities of accounting staff, mortgage clerks, and analysts.
• Develop, generate, and run ad hoc reports for program analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Produce and distribute standardized reports from GLS and Imaging systems.
• Develop data for performance metrics for SFH-GLP operations.
• Monitor quality and adherence to procedures and timelines.
• Implement process improvements using Office tools (Access, Excel, SharePoint).
• Leverage ECM and imaging systems to boost efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Identify automated solutions for capturing and reporting performance metrics.
• Update SOPs and user guides to reflect current processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity for reporting.
