Job summary

INFUSE Academy seeks a strategic, growth‑minded Team Lead, Learning and Development to guide the instructional design team and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. You will drive project timelines, manage approvals, and ensure smooth workflows for learning programs in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mid-/senior-level instructional design in L&D.
• At least 1 year in team coordination or project management in learning.
• Strong AI literacy; experience creating GPTs is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
• Team player who keeps projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate learning design projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Translate plans into task lists and assign responsibilities.
• Act as main contact for other teams and stakeholders throughout projects.
• Organize approvals and reviews, following up to maintain flow.
• Support people management by assigning projects based on skills and capacity.
• Develop and manage a small set of personal e-learning projects.
• Support broader communication: launches and internal/client messaging.
• Contribute to process improvements for scalable INFUSE Academy operations.
