Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of our learning portfolio aligned with leadership and talent priorities.

This role partners with the Head of Learning & Leadership Development to deliver impactful, future-focused solutions that build capabilities and foster a growth culture across a global organization. It requires strategic thinking, program design expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or equivalent combination in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, with focus on program design and portfolio management.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide learning programs in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
• Experience with LMS, digital platforms, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the learning and leadership development solutions portfolio.
• Curate a diverse suite of learning experiences for various leadership levels and functions.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
