Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Team Lead to guide the Piper work group in Conyers, GA. You will work with the Production Supervisor to assign tasks, monitor safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, training, and process adherence.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 3+ years related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and AS400. A strong Lean mindset and 6S execution are valued for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Over 3 years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; AS400 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group alongside team members under the Production Supervisor.
• Assign and execute daily production tasks to meet the production schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality policies and procedures are followed (R3, 6S, etc.).
• Support OJT training and associate development; facilitate on-the-job training for new hires.
