Job summary

You will guide a skilled team, enforce 6S and Lean practices, and collaborate with Production and Maintenance to meet production schedules while developing associates through on-the-job training and coaching, with opportunities for growth and hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years related experience.
• Strong safety awareness and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel; familiar with AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production tasks and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Enforce 6S and Lean practices; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Maintenance to meet schedules.
• Train new associates on procedures and standards.
• Review and update OJT training documentation.
