Job summary

You will coordinate with the Quality Supervisor, manage task times, review KPIs, and support production teams to ensure on-time, compliant output. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group under the Quality Supervisor and track safety goals.
• Establish task times for mechanical/electrical/final walks and monitor efficiency.

• Validate completed job packs for accuracy before data entry; ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
