Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; AS400 knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group alongside team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Assign and execute daily production tasks to meet schedule.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for associates.
