Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; AS400 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group alongside team members as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure team follows safety, quality policies, and procedures.
• Track and enforce safety goals and report injuries and improvements.
• Meet annual safety goals for the team; maintain 85% of standard hours with 5% monthly reduction target.
• Assign and execute daily production tasks to meet the schedule.
• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and update training documents.
• Assist and support supervisors to meet business unit goals and communicate feedback.
