Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work issues to resolution, including complex account research, root cause identification, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance, KPI trends, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between clients and internal delivery teams for day‑to‑day execution.
• Translate client needs into actionable priorities and execution plans; identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue cycle performance and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements; maintain client satisfaction.
