Job summary

TruBridge is seeking a Team Lead for Acute Billing Operations to oversee day-to-day performance for assigned clients, acting as the primary liaison between client facilities and internal delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely full‑cycle billing, follow‑up, and collections.

You will monitor KPIs, identify risks, provide actionable plans, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Acute hospital revenue cycle experience with full-cycle billing.
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and reimbursement practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance and KPIs for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary operations liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Identify risks and trends and support issue resolution to protect cash and A/R.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead operational work for domestic-only clients as needed.
