Job summary

IKS Health is seeking a Team Lead, Operations Account Management for a fully remote role supporting US clients. You will oversee day-to-day operational performance for assigned hospital customers, coordinating between client facilities and internal delivery teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.

The role requires 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle with strong client communications, KPI tracking, and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle, billing/follow‑up/denial resolution.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to explain operational findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance and KPIs for assigned clients.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Lead risk and trend identification to prevent revenue leakage.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely issue communication.
• Oversee domestic client work and staff performance.
