Partner Company in the United States seeks a senior leader to oversee hospital revenue cycle operations for assigned client accounts, focusing on A/R days, cash performance, and denial trends.

You will translate client priorities into operational strategies, lead corrective actions, and prepare executive reporting while mentoring delivery teams in a remote, collaboration-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hospital revenue cycle operations experience with 5+ years managing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of billing workflows, insurance regulations, and government payer programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Epic or Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance across assigned healthcare client accounts, including A/R days, cash performance, and denial trends.
• Lead corrective actions addressing operational deficiencies, revenue leakage, and cash variances while ensuring compliance with regulations.
