Job summary

Vitality Bowls Pickerington is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen team, ensure recipes meet corporate standards, and deliver friendly, efficient service to every guest.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, assist with interviews and training, handle POS and cash procedures, uphold health and safety guidelines, and coordinate with owners on inventory and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Become food certified.
• Must handle a POS system and cash/credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure recipes meet corporate standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries politely.
• Manage the schedule, performance, and training of staff.
• Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.
• Maintain kitchen and lobby cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate with managers/owners about inventory and orders.
