Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations at our Lumberton location. You will train team members, uphold standards, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Strong communication and leadership potential are valued; prior team leadership is a plus. No car wash experience required, and we will teach the basics. This on-site role offers growth into higher leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising others is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.
• Willing to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and help location run smoothly.
• Train and coach team members on customer service, safety, and daily tasks.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, memberships, and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash site.
• Ensure adherence to uniforms, safety, and professional standards.
