ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations, train team members, and uphold standards while delivering an excellent guest experience. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with leadership potential or a strong team member ready to grow. No car wash experience?

Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and guide a high-performing team.
Train Team Members on customer service, safety and daily responsibilities.
Provide outstanding guest service and resolve questions or concerns.
Ensure uniforms, safety and professionalism meet standards.
Assist with opening/closing tasks and communicate operational needs to leadership.
