Flynn Arby’s in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

Lead and train team members, manage scheduling and inventory, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires at least 2 years in a similar hospitality position, strong leadership, and flexible hours

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
