Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring a Team Lead in Weslaco, TX. This full-time, hourly role focuses on guiding daily operations, training team members, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

No car wash experience is required; leadership potential and a positive attitude matter. You will help maintain standards, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality across shifts, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and keep location running efficiently.
• Train and coach team members on customer service, safety, products, and duties.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming location.
• Enforce uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism standards.
• Believe in open communication with site leadership and address issues promptly.
