Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Rapid City is seeking a Team Leader to help run the facility and oversee daily operations. You will lead a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and set the example by exceeding expectations while assisting the management team.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with the potential to earn weekly commission. Flexible schedules (part-time or full-time) are available, with strong opportunities for growth and advancement within Tidal Wave Auto Spa.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility and landscaping tasks.
