Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics
• Preferred 3 years of experience in customer service and sales
• Minimum 2 years in a management role
• Proven success in bidding, quoting RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and contract awards
• Track record of managing freight volumes and revenues
• Experience leading a team of 3 or more employees
• Knowledge of over-the-road trucking (TL and LTL)
• Knowledge of Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight
• Familiarity with Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT)
• Experience with TMS and EDI systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commission opportunity. Salary range reflects minimum and maximum base pay, with individual pay determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Compensation details listed are for base pay only and do not include variable pay.
