We are seeking a Claims Team Lead to support our evolving claims organization. This role involves leadership and technical responsibilities within the real property and auto damage adjusting teams, leveraging technology and analytics to improve operational effectiveness. You will serve as a critical link with the team, customers, and clients, balancing management duties with individual contributions as volume requires.

Requirements

• Attention to detail, integrity, ethics, confidentiality
