Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics
• Preferred 3 years in customer service and sales
• Minimum 2 years in a management role
• Proven success in bidding, quoting, and contract awards
• Experience with freight volumes and revenues
• Management experience with teams of 3 or more
• Knowledge of over-the-road trucking, including TL and LTL modes
• Knowledge of Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight
• Experience with Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT)
• Familiarity with TMS and EDI systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. The base pay range varies based on location, skills, experience, and education. Details listed reflect the base pay only, excluding additional variable compensation.
