Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Team Lead Food Service Worker at the Miami International Airport in Miami, FL. You will help run shifts, train staff, and ensure SSP standards and exemplary guest service are upheld.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in food & beverage. Prior full service or quick service restaurant experience is preferred; strong problem-solving with guests is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Restaurant experience (FS/QS) preferred.
• Able to resolve uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
