Qualifikationen

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Facilitator with staffing needs based on production schedule.
• Enter new temporary workers in the hours tracking system and instruct workers in its use.
• Greet temporary workers and communicate job assignments.
• Facilitate production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Verify equipment setup per established parameters.
• Support machine operation and daily maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems in packaging areas.
• Monitor quality and report production issues to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and follow safety and sanitation requirements.
