Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to assist with site operations and guest experience. You will welcome customers, oversee opening/closing, enroll members into the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, and guide them through the tunnel while supporting maintenance and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
