Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the site’s facility and operations in a fast, team-oriented environment. You will set the example by exceeding expectations and helping the management team, while learning how to run a car wash and enjoying growth opportunities.

The role centers on delivering friendly service, managing daily operations, and supporting ongoing development within the company. This entry point offers strong development potential in a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
