Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Belleview, FL is hiring a Team Leader to support the site’s facility and operations. The role offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour with opportunities to advance into management as you learn the car wash business and lead a busy, team-oriented crew.

You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, maintain equipment and the site grounds.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
