Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Florida to help manage daily operations and lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team. The role focuses on preparing vehicles, guiding customers through the wash tunnel, and supporting maintenance tasks while promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Starting pay is 17.50 USD per hour with potential weekly commission. We offer flexible scheduling, both part-time and full-time roles, and significant opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
