Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for hourly team members, providing support, training, and guidance.
• Coach and supervise staff to maintain daily store operations and standards.
• Support store management in execution of opening/closing procedures and store compliance.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and policy adherence; address issues promptly.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service during shifts.
• Assist in in-store events and promotions to boost customer engagement and traffic.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including ATF rules for firearms.
