Job summary

Home Medical Equipment Specialists, Llc is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to serve as the senior daily resource for Field Service Technicians, overseeing route coverage, priorities, and service issues.

You will coach technicians, troubleshoot complex equipment concerns, reinforce safety and documentation standards, and escalate issues to Supervisors/Managers as needed. The role combines field work with leadership responsibilities to keep daily operations on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and CMV eligibility (min 21)
• Leadership or training experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong customer service.
• Basic computer/mobile device skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and assignments for field staff.
• Coach and train technicians and ensure safety and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/service issues; escalate when needed.
• Serve as go-to contact for routine field questions and maintain smooth operations.
