We are seeking a motivated Team Lead – Facilities to provide technical leadership, coordinate facilities and maintenance activities, and ensure the safe, reliable operation of our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. This role combines hands‑on facilities expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting a team of Facilities Technicians while driving equipment reliability, infrastructure improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
The Team Lead – Facilities is responsible for leading the daily activities of the Facilities team, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, prioritizing work assignments, and serving as the primary technical resource for facility operations. This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and site leadership to maximize equipment uptime, maintain critical infrastructure, and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
The Team Lead is expected to remain actively engaged in troubleshooting, repairs, contractor coordination, and project execution while mentoring technicians and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime may be required to support production demands, facility emergencies, and planned maintenance activities.
Pratt & Whitney Springdale, AR is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as a pre‑employment contingency and also subject to ongoing random testing as an employee per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
