Pratt & Whitney AutoAir, a RTX division, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for Plant 5 in Holt, MI, to support automated manufacturing lines and coating operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with other technicians while working on first to third shifts. Safety and reliable performance are required, with training provided on robotics and conveyors.

What You Will Do

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies composite manufacturing center of excellence for aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance, Repair Operations (MRO) products, and is a sourced supplier on several new engine programs with noteworthy growth in the coming years. This position will serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician that will support the production manufacturing line in Plant 5. This line is comprised of many highly automated operations including a state-of-the-art coating line. Candidates should be willing to be trained on the maintenance of a wide range of robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems. There will be extensive up front training and continued learning trainings for the employee in this role.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in a Production Manufacturing Environment
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance
• Experience as an Aerospace Mechanic or Completed A&P Certification
• Experience with automotive body work, automotive painting, machining, metal fabrication, welding, composites, automation, electrical, mechanical trouble shooting, and any hands on work in trades.
