Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies center of excellence for aerospace OEM and MRO products, and it operates in Plant 5 Holt, Michigan. This Maintenance Technician role supports the production line and will receive extensive up-front training on robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in a production manufacturing environment. Aerospace mechanic experience or an A&P certification is preferred.

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies composite manufacturing center of excellence for aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance, Repair Operations (MRO) products, and is a sourced supplier on several new engine programs with noteworthy growth in the coming years. This position will serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician that will support the production manufacturing line in Plant 5. This line is comprised of many highly automated operations including a state-of-the-art coating line. Candidates should be willing to be trained on the maintenance of a wide range of robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems. There will be extensive up front training and continued learning trainings for the employee in this role.
