Responsibilities

• Oversee defect repair and proper disposition
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with material handling
• Assist/guide members to keep lines moving
• Ensure equipment/workstations are cleaned daily
• Provide coaching to follow workstation standards
• Meet daily goals via continuous improvement
• Offer solutions for production issues
• Communicate expectations and performance
• Maintain daily production data and reports
• Seek improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost
• Lead/participate in team and safety meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
