Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensed; PE preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Strong power system software proficiency (DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, EasyPower, ETAP, SKM, CDEGS, CYMCAP).
• Excellent English communication and mentoring abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design of protection and control packages including diagrams, SCADA, wiring, and controls.
• Perform power system studies: short circuit, load flow, relay coordination, arc flash, motor starting, harmonics.
• Coordinate data sheets, manuals, and testing reports for design approvals.
• Mentor and coach engineers, promote process improvements, and support BD tasks.
• Review submittals for conformance with client specs and design.
