Job summary

Protodigy is seeking a Team Lead Development for Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV to architect and oversee global BC implementations. You will manage a distributed team across multiple sites, delivering core Dynamics modules while ensuring security and data integrity.

With 5+ years in Dynamics and strong AL/C/AL, you will work directly with senior stakeholders in Landau an der Isar, Germany, and collaborate across time zones. A hybrid work model with remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on development and administration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV.
• Fluency in AL, C/AL, Extensions, VS Code, MS-SQL, Azure DevOps/Git and PowerShell.
• German and English at B2 level or higher for board‑level alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield international BC rollouts and Core Apps (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service, Finance).
• Engineer a distributed cross‑site team of developers and administrators across 49 subsidiaries.
• Build a high‑performance, secure, data‑integrity driven ERP landscape.
