Job summary

Enavate, a Microsoft Gold Partner, seeks a Business Central Consultant to lead end-to-end BC implementations, from discovery through deployment. You will design solutions, configure modules, run workshops, and guide client teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has BC/NAV experience with core modules, strong industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services, and comfort with extensions and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a consulting or partner environment.
• Strong understanding of core BC modules: financials, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or project accounting.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills.
• Comfort with extensions, integrations, and Power Platform components.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BC implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Translate business needs into functional BC solutions with minimal customization.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user training for adoption.
• Collaborate with technical, development, and project management teams.
• Contribute to evolution of delivery methodology and templates.
