Job summary

DataMasters seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to steer modernization from NAV to Business Central On-Premise. You will own ERP development, system integrations, and upgrade strategy, partnering with stakeholders to deliver the transformation over 18 months.

The role focuses on designing AL extensions, improving performance, and ensuring smooth migrations while maintaining legacy NAV customizations as needed. Hybrid work in Greensboro is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Dynamics NAV and Business Central development experience.
• Advanced AL development skills and working knowledge of legacy C/AL.
• Strong SQL Server and API integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support Business Central in alignment with modernization goals.
• Design scalable AL extensions and optimize performance while reducing technical debt.
• Lead migration from NAV to Business Central On-Premise, including data migration and testing coordination.
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, WMS, and Power BI.
