Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader in Lehi, Utah to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. This role supports the GSM/DM in achieving sales goals, staffing, and training, while maintaining plan-o-grams and a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems to deliver a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily department operations and staff under supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing, and planogram compliance.
• Staff, interview, train, and schedule associates as needed.
• Maintain high customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Lead events and special promotions with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Resolve customer and associate issues in collaboration with management.
