Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an experienced retail leader to plan, direct and supervise day-to-day store operations across departments. You will mentor staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining Meijer standards.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, disciplinary actions, and accountability for P&L and shrink. You will guide career development, promote safe operations, and uphold the Meijer Friendly Initiative throughout the team.
