Qualifications

• Six (6) months of Operator experience with 1 employer over the last twelve (12) months REQUIRED.
• Six (6) months of Lead or Utility or maintenance experience REQUIRED.
• One year of operational (Feed Mill/Hatchery/Growout/Live Haul) experience PREFERRED.
• High School diploma or equivalent PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks and communicate instructions to the team.
• Monitor equipment and notify supervision of maintenance needs while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Support catch crew operations, including net deployment/retrieval and live bird handling as needed.
• Work in contract grower houses in warm, dusty environments and ensure proper adherence to safety rules.
