Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of operator experience with 1 employer in the last 12 months.
• Six months of lead or utility or maintenance experience.
• One year of operational experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks and convey instructions to the team.
• Monitor equipment and report any needed maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with Tyson policies and procedures.
• Perform hands-on catch machine operations and handling of live birds as needed.
