Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in case management for homelessness or related social services.
• Strong relationship-building with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Supervisors in ensuring professional service delivery by Case Managers.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training Case Managers; document activities.
• Coordinate special projects with Team Supervisors as they arise.
• Handle administrative case management tasks and data entry accurately.
