Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Wisconsin to help manage daily operations and deliver excellent guest service. You’ll supervise entry, guide vehicles, and support maintenance and facility upkeep in a fast-paced car wash environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay and weekly commissions, with both part-time and full-time roles available. Growth opportunities toward management and a supportive benefits program are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, responsible, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
