Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Wisconsin, Burlington is seeking a Team Leader to assist with site operations and lead by example. This role offers an hourly starting pay and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced, team-driven car wash environment.

You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable person.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
